Terms & Conditions of Use
Last Updated: May 25, 2026
Welcome to IndPDF.com. By accessing or utilizing our serverless, client-side conversion portal, you agree to comply with the terms and guidelines detailed below.
1. Free Public Access & License
IndPDF is provided as an independent, 100% free document formatting public utility. There are no registration forms, usage limits, membership fees, or hidden premium paywalls. You are granted a non-exclusive, personal, and commercial license to use the tools as often as needed, free of watermarks.
2. No Server-Side Liability
Because IndPDF operates completely serverless, **we do not transmit, view, log, or store any of your files or documents**. All processing occurs locally inside your browser window cache. Consequently:
- We have no capacity to retrieve, restore, or find lost documents, since they never exist on our systems.
- We are not responsible for any file corruptions or data losses resulting from user-side hardware crashes, browser updates, or cellular disconnections during local calculations.
3. Permitted & Legal Use
Users must comply with all national and international regulations when converting documents. You must not use the tool to format forged or unauthorized identity certificates, copyright-protected manuals, or sensitive official papers without holding appropriate administrative rights.
4. Intellectual Property
The code architecture, layout interfaces, custom circular Chakra logo, and programmatic guide copywriting are the intellectual property of IndPDF. The integrated open-source converter modules (Mammoth.js, PDF.js, SheetJS, docx.js, jsPDF, JSZip) are properties of their respective open-source copyright holders and are distributed in compliance with their MIT/Apache licenses.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
IndPDF is provided on an **"AS IS"** and **"AS AVAILABLE"** basis without warranties of any kind. While our client-side modules are thoroughly tested for accuracy, we cannot guarantee perfect layout matches for extremely complex graphic reports, nested vector charts, or ancient text encodings.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms as browser standards evolve. Continued use of the website implies agreement to all modified rules.
